Delete your account, any time.

Deleting your FestDNA account is built into the app — it takes four taps, works on every platform (web, iOS and Android), and never requires an email, a phone call or a waiting period.

How to delete your account

1. Open FestDNA and sign in (if you aren't already).
2. Tap the ⚙️ gear to open Account & Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap “Delete my account…”.
4. Confirm with “Delete forever”.

What gets erased

Everything, immediately and permanently: your account, email address, @handle, synced DNA and answers, favorites, trip plans, booking checklist, DJ alert list, saved origins, push subscriptions, and your address on our mailing list. This applies across every device you've signed in on. There is no undo.
